OnPAS has workflow/groupware capability that makes it easier to track projects to completion.
Projects can be
broken-down into tasks that can have owners and assignees. Every task can then have its own set of action items with their own owners, due dates, and details.
OnPAS is different from other project
management software because it is designed from scratch to be suited to teams working on multiple projects at the same time and from different work locations.
