Team Management
For teams to function effectively, each member needs to know what others are doing. They also should be able to pass work
around when they are unable to handle their current duties. At the same time, a team leader should be able to exert some form of control such that tasks do not just get passed-around forever.
With
OnPas, tasks created can be assigned, rejected, and escalated as needed, but at the same time most of these transfers are controlled by the task owner. Project participants are able to comment on
suggestions, request for updates, and view others' pending tasks and action items.
