 Version 2.0
 This version was released December, 2000
   - Email sent out in HTML format.
   - Newlines entered into the forms are now recognized.
   - Made email processing much faster.
   - Color scheme improved.
   - Fixed the email sent for action items so that the link included points to the action item and not the
   - task for which it belongs.
   - Action items now have Estimated and Actual hours.
   - Files can be attached to Action Items and to Tasks.
   - Project participants can be added by the one who created the project.
   - User management facility now online for the administrator.
